Staff are very helpful, very friendly, spoke English, the hotel & the rooms are very very clean and spacious. We love all the rooms, thank you.

All the staffs here are very kind & nice. Also, it was so clean & tidy that I hope to stay here whenever I visit Hanoi. Thank you for your kindness & consideration. It spurs me to have the good first impression to Vietnam.

As I told already to Vidotour agent Anise Hotel has the BEST sleeping pillowes we met in whole tour in Vietnam within 3 weeks!!!
